摘要 随着光伏成本的降低及转换效率的提高,迫切需要合理优化大量安装的光伏发电系统的容量配置,为此提出一种以用能成本最低为目标的全寿命周期企业光伏容量配置的方法。首先分析光伏出力、负荷曲线以及峰谷分时电价三者的时序特性,并指出这是直接影响光伏系统的容量配置关键因素;继而论证峰平电价差也是光伏容量配置的重要影响因素,同时指出增加电价差或推出扶持光伏行业的政策,可有效降低企业投资运营成本;最后以南京地区工业I、II及商业负荷光伏系统容量配置为例进行仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性与实用性。 With reduction of PV costs and improvement of transfer efficiency, it is urgent to reasonably optimize capacity configuration for large numbers of PV power generation systems. This paper proposes a method for life cycle PV capacity configuration of enterprises aiming at the minimum energy consumption cost. The paper firstly analyzes time-sequence characteristics of PV output, load curve and peak-valley TOU price which are considered as the key factor affecting capacity configuration of the PV system. Then the paper demonstrates peak-to-peak price difference is an important factor influencing PV capacity configuration and points out it is able to effectively reduce investment and operating costs of enterprises by increasing electricity price differences or adopting policy of supporting PV industry. Finally by making simulation on capacity configuration of the PV systems of industrial I、II load and commercial load, the paper verifies effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
