Structure Optimization of Pressure Accumulator of Certain Type of Aircraft

某型飞机蓄压器工作压力较高,使用寿命较长,工作中往复运动次数较多,强度及疲劳强度要求高,造成寿命试验过程中发生两起故障。本文针对故障进行了分析,优化了蓄压器结构。

The operation pressure of accumulator of certain type of aircraft is higher with longer life, the number of times of reciprocation during operation is more, which requires high strength and fatigue strength, malfunctions of two times occurred during the process of life test. This paper presents the analysis of the failures, so that the accumulator structure is optimized.
