摘要 为研究国产TPS高黏剂和国产HVA高黏剂在不同掺量下对基质沥青的性能影响,对TPS和HVA高黏改性沥青进行针入度、软化点、延度、60℃动力粘度、黏韧性、PG分级等试验,分别测试高黏改性沥青的稠度、耐高温性、弹塑性、黏弹性、高低温稳定性等性能,并对两种高黏改性沥青的试验结果进行对比分析,研究两种高黏剂对沥青各性能的影响,提出两种高黏剂的合理掺量。研究结果表明,同高黏剂掺量下,HVA高黏改性沥青的各项基本性能均优于TPS高黏改性沥青;综合各项性能指标,TPS高黏剂和HVA高黏剂的最低掺量分别为16%和12%,最佳掺量分别为20%和14%;14%掺量的HVA高黏改性沥青与20%掺量的TPS高黏改性沥青的各性能大小相当,工程中可采用较低掺量的HVA代替较高掺量的TPS,能够降低施工经济成本。 In order to study the effect of domestic TPS high viscosity agent and domestic HVA high viscosity agent on the performance of matrix asphalt under different dosages, penetration, softening point, ductility, 60 ℃ dynamic viscosity, the viscosity toughness and PG test of asphalt are tested separately. The consistency, high temperature resistance, elasticity and plasticity, viscosity and other properties of high-viscosity modified asphalt are characterized separately. The test results of two high-viscosity modified asphalts are compared and evaluated, the differences of the effects of two high-viscosity agents on asphalt properties are evaluated, and the reasonable amount of two high viscosity agents are proposed. The conclusions of the study are as follows: under the same high viscosity agent dosage, the basic properties of HVA high viscosity modified asphalt are better than TPS high viscosity modified asphalt;synthesizing the various properties, the minimum dosage of TPS high viscosity agent is 16%, the optimum dosage of TPS high viscosity agent is 20%;the minimum dosage of HVA high viscosity agent is about 12%, the optimum dosage is 14%;each performance of 14% of HVA high viscosity modified asphalt and 20% of TPS high viscosity modified asphalt is equivalent. In engineering, it is possible to reduce the construction cost greatly by using low content of HVA high viscosity agent instead of high content of TPS high viscosity agent.
