Installation Optimization of Instruments in Large Compressor Units

在2^#乙烯新区设备大检修中,对压缩机仪表设备的安装进行了优化,参考以往的安装经验以及历史资料,对可能的漏油点进行分析,并针对泄漏点进行技术改进,增加了密封胶的使用和选择,达到了乙烯装置压缩机仪表设备的防漏油安装目标,并将这一成果进行了总结与推广。

In the overhaul of 2^# ethylene new area equipment, the installation of compressor instrumentation equipment was optimized. With reference to previous installation experience and historical data,the possible oil spill points were analyzed, and technical improvements were made to the leakage points through increasing the using amount and selections of sealant so as toreach the goal of anti-leakage installation of instrumentation equipment for ethylene plant compressors. This result has been summarized and promoted.
