Corrosion Analysis and Improvement Measures of Pressure Vessel under Heat Preservation

探讨了石油化工生产中压力容器的腐蚀破坏情况的严重性。根据压力容器的定期检验结果,从压力容器的施工质量、工艺原因及日常管理等方面着手,对压力容器产生保温层下腐蚀的原因进行分析,提出相应的解决方法及改进措施建议,以提高保温下压力容器的安全性和稳定性。

The severity of corrosion damage of pressure vessels in petrochemical production was discussed. Based on the periodic inspection results of pressure vessels, the causes for corrosion of the pressure vessels under heat preservation were analyzed in aspects of construction quality, process reasons and daily management of the pressure vessels. The corresponding solutions and improvement measures were proposed to improve the safety and stability of the pressure vessels under heat preservation.
