摘要
基于2010-2016年我国30个省份的面板数据,并分为东部、中部、西部,运用协整检验、误差修正模型,对我国三类创新主体(企业、高校和科研机构)投入和创新绩效之间的关系进行实证分析。研究结果表明,我国研发经费投入、人力资本投入与创新绩效之间具有长期均衡关系,而且高等院校人员投入对创新绩效影响较大,企业研发经费投入发挥的创新效果较好。从短期来看,引进研发人员对高校、企业和科研机构的创新产出影响较大,但东中西部不同区域创新主体参与创新活动的绩效差异性明显。
With panel data of 30 provinces from 2010 to 2016,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between investment and innovation performance of innovation subjects( enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions) in China by using co-integration test and error correction model. The results show that: there is a long-term equilibrium between R&D expenditure,human capital investment and innovation performance in China. Moreover,R&D personnel input in universities have a great impact on innovation performance,the innovation effect of R&D expenditure in enterprises is good. In the short run,introduction of R&D personnel into universities,enterprises and scientific research institutions has a great impact on innovation output. However,there are obvious differences in the innovation performance of innovation subjects in the east,the middle and the west.
