摘要
通过对42篇实证文献的梳理发现信任对工程项目绩效的研究存在较大的分歧。在原始文献的基础上利用Meta分析方法得到一个更为普遍、综合的结论:信任与工程项目绩效是显著的正相关,并且不同信任维度对工程项目绩效的影响程度也有差异。此外,还对中介变量、指标类型、测量维度3个调节变量进行亚组分析,当有中介变量的时,两者的影响程度更高;信任的多维测量和绩效的硬指标相比较而言对两者的相关有更为积极的促进作用。
Through the review of 42 empirical literature,it is found that there are great differences in the research of trust on project performance. Based on the original literature,this paper draws a more general and comprehensive conclusion by using Meta-analysis method: trust and project performance are significantly positively correlated,and the influence degrees of different trust dimensions on project performance are also different;in addition,there arethree moderators: intermediary variable,indicator type and measurement dimension,whose subgroup analysis shows that when there are intermediary variables,they have a higher degree of influence.Multidimensional measurement of trust and hard indicators of performance have a more positive role in promoting the correlation between the two.
