孵化网络关系与市场孵化绩效的实证研究:双元创新的调节作用

Influence of Incubation Network Relationship on Market Incubation Performance: Moderating Effect of Ambidextrous Innovation

在对孵化网络关系进行回顾的基础上,将孵化网络关系分为关系强度与关系信任两个维度,据此构建"孵化网络关系--市场孵化绩效"的理论模型,并且引入在孵企业的双元创新方式作为调节变量,探究其对上述关系的调节效应。根据对234家孵化企业的样本数据的分析,结果显示,孵化网络能够有效促进市场孵化绩效的提升,并且探索式创新负向调节关系强度与市场孵化绩效间的正相关关系,且正向调节了关系信任与市场孵化绩效间的正相关关系;利用式创新仅正向调节了关系信任与市场孵化绩效间的正相关关系。

Based on the review of the incubation network relationship,this paper divides the relationship into two dimensions: relationship strength and relationship trust,accordingly,it constructsthe theoretical model of " incubation network relationship-market incubation performance",and introduces the ambidextrous innovation as a moderator to explore its effect on the above relationship. According to the sample data of 234 incubating enterprise,the study found that incubation network can effectively promote market incubation performance;exploratory innovation can negatively moderate the positive correlation between relationship strength and market incubation performance,and positively moderate the positive correlation between relationship trust and market incubation performance;exploitative innovation only positively moderates the positive correlation between relationship trust and market incubation performance.
