县域城镇化与服务业耦合协调发展水平综合测度——以浙江为例

Comprehensive Measurement of Coupled Coordination Degree of County Urbanization and Services in Zhejiang Province

以浙江省67个县域单元为研究对象,借助耦合协调模型对其城镇化与服务业耦合协调发展水平进行测度,得出结论:浙江省县域城镇化与服务业协调发展水平有待提高,目前表现出严重两极分化局面。长期以来形成以杭州、宁波、温州为代表的三角形发展模式,使其在资源获得、政策扶持等方面优势显著,尽管以此3个城市为中心,实现了对周边城市的辐射效应,但范围有限,新城市群发展模式有待形成。另外,浙江省县域城镇化与服务业协调发展较高水平的城市呈现出明显的沿海分布特点。由此,如何实现浙江省域范围内沿海经济、城镇发展向内陆扩散,是实现全省经济、城市共同发展的着力点。

By using the coupled coordination model,this study analyzed the correlation between county urbanization and levels of services for 67 counties in Zhejiang Province. The conclusions are as follows: the overall level of the coordinated development between urbanization and service industry of Zhejiang Province needs to be improved further,and it shows serious polarized situation now. Hangzhou,Ningbo and Wenzhou with a triangle development model during the past decadeshave significant advantages in obtaining resources and policy support;although radiation effect on surrounding cities is realized with these three cities as the center,but the radiation scope is limited;the new urban agglomeration development model needs to be formed. In addition,those cities which show high level on the coordinated development of urbanization and service industry in the counties of Zhejiang also presents the characteristics of distribution alongside the coast. As a result,how to realize the spreading development from the coastal to the inland becomes the key points of the economy and urbanization development of the entire province.
