基于网络层次分析法的共享住宿领域风险评价研究

Research on Risk Evaluation of Shared Accommodation Based on Analytic Network Process

共享经济快速发展的同时也存在很多制约其发展的风险因素。通过文献调研和专家论证的方法确定了共享住宿领域风险评价指标体系,采用网络层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重,对共享住宿领域风险进行了系统的分析。通过案例分析的方法,分析比较了小猪短租、Airbnb、途家存在的风险情况。有针对性地提出了降低共享住宿风险的对策建议,有助于共享住宿行业规避风险,有效推动行业快速发展。

The rapid development of sharing economy has many risk factors that restrict its development. This paper,through literature research and expert reasoning method,determines the risk evaluation index system for the shared accommodation,uses the analytic network process method to determine the weight of evaluation indexes and conducts systematic analysis on the risks in the shared accommodation. Through case study,the risks of Xiaozhu,Airbnb,Tujia are analyzed and compared. This paper proposes suggestions on reducing the risks of shared accommodation. The research is helpful for the share accommodation industry to avoid risks and promoting the rapid development of the industry.
