摘要 本文主要围绕大功率射频电源技术及应用展开研究,研究适合大功率射频电源的电路拓扑结构,选择合适的拓扑结构设计固态射频电路。通过研究射频电源原理及电路,结合工程计算设计电路参数,运用EDA仿真工具建模验证设计参数。 This paper mainly focuses on the research of high power RF power supply technology and its application, studies the circuit topology suitable for high power RF power supply, and chooses the appropriate topology to design the solid state RF circuit. By studying the principle and circuit of radio frequency power supply, combining with engineering calculation design circuit parameters, EDA simulation tool is used to model and verify the design parameters.
