摘要
光栅莫尔条纹信号是光栅式测量传感器的核心,其信号质量将直接影响着测量精度,本文将跟踪微分法运用于对光栅莫尔条纹信号的滤波处理,仿真实验显示:该方法能够很好对原始信号能够很好地追踪和复现,并且能够很好地解决莫尔条纹信号的噪声问题,实时性好,提高了莫尔条纹信号的质量。
The grating moire fringe signal is the core of the grating measuring sensor, and its signal quality will directly affect the measuring accuracy. This paper applies the tracking differential method to the filtering of grating moire fringe signal. The simulation experiment shows that the method can track and reproduce the original signal well, and can solve the noise problem of Moire fringe signal well. It has good real-time performance and improves the quality of Moire fringe signal.
