苍附导痰丸加减联合达英35治疗脾虚痰湿证多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Wan Combined with Diane-35 in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Spleen-deficient Phlegm-dampness Syndrome

目的:探讨苍附导痰丸加减联合达英-35治疗脾虚痰湿证多囊卵巢综合征在改善临床症状、调整内分泌、改善卵巢多囊样改变等方面的疗效。方法:选取脾虚痰湿证多囊卵巢综合征患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予苍附导痰丸加减联合达英35治疗,对照组予达英-35治疗,均为3个月经周期,观察治疗前后两组临床症状及卵巢多囊样改变情况、BMI、T、LH、FSH、LH/FSH。结果:两组均能改善卵巢多囊样改变,T、LH、LH/FSH均有所降低,FSH无明显变化,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在改善临床症状及BMI方面,治疗组优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苍附导痰丸加减联合达英-35治疗脾虚痰湿证多囊卵巢综合征,在改善临床症状、调整性激素水平、改善卵巢多囊性改变及BMI指数方面取得较好的疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the effect of modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Wan combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen-deficient phlegm-dampness syndrome patients in improving clinical symptoms, adjusting endocrine and improving polycystic changes of ovary. Methods: Sixty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen-deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method. Patients in the experimental group were treated with modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Wan combined with Diane-35, while patients in the control group were treated with Diane-35, two groups lasted for 3 menstrual cycles. The improvement of clinical symptoms, polycystic changes of ovary, BMI, T, LH, FSH and LH/FSH in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results: Two types of treatment were able to improve the ovarian polycystic changes of the patients, T, LH, LH/FSH of them were decreased, FSH was not significantly changed, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);in terms of improving TCM clinical symptoms and BMI, the improvement of clinical symptoms and BMI in the experimental group were better than control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Cang Fu Dao Tan Wan combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with spleen-deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome has achieved a good effect in improving clinical symptoms, adjusting patients’ sex hormone levels, improving ovarian polycystic changes and BMI index, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
