“以赛促教”教学模式在高等中医药院校专业技能培养中的应用探索——以针灸推拿专业为例 被引量:7

摘要 近年来中医药教育事业发展迅速,但在其发展过程中出现了高校学生临床实践不足、理论脱离实践、综合能力不强等问题。在此情况下,“以赛促教”模式作为一种新兴的教育模式,不仅有利于增强学生临床实践能力,提升其综合素质,而且有助于促进教师队伍建设及教学质量提高。尽管“以赛促教”模式有诸多优势,但也存在竞赛内容覆盖不全面、竞赛评价标准不够详细、赛后总结反馈机制未形成系统等问题,文章通过对“以赛促教”模式在中医药院校中的实践进行探讨,以期为高等中医药院校教育提供参考。 In recent years, the cause of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) education has developed rapidly, but in the course of its development, there are some problems, such as insufficient clinical practice, theory divorced from practice, and weak comprehensive ability of students. In this case, as a new educational model,“promoting teaching by competition” is not only conducive to enhancing the clinical practice ability and comprehensive quality of students, but also conducive to promoting the construction of teachers and teaching quality, which has attracted much attention. Despite its many advantages, there are also some problems, such as incomplete coverage of competition content, lack of detailed evaluation criteria, and lack of systematic feedback mechanism for post-competition summary. This paper discusses the practice of “promoting teaching by competition” model in TCM colleges and universities, with a view to providing reference for higher education of TCM colleges and universities.
