摘要
蜗轮蜗杆齿轮结构紧凑,一般为钢-铜摩擦副,并以滑动摩擦为主,因此要求蜗轮蜗杆油必须具有良好的润滑性能和抗腐蚀性能。石墨烯易于附着在摩擦副界面形成一层易剪切的润滑薄膜,用石墨烯研制了蜗轮蜗杆油。经过基础油和添加剂的筛选,研制的L-CKE/P320号石墨烯蜗轮蜗杆油由500SN基础油,150BS基础油,10.0%质量分数的非活性硫极压剂(硫质量分数≥10.0%),5.0%质量分数的石墨烯,0.03%质量分数的十二烯基丁二酸酯防锈剂和0.5%质量分数的烷基二苯胺/受阻酚复合抗氧剂组成。L-CKE/P320号石墨烯蜗轮蜗杆油的性能达到了《蜗轮蜗杆油》:SH/T0094—1991标准,能够满足蜗轮蜗杆齿轮的润滑要求。
Worm gear had compact structure and usually had steel-copper frictional pairs. And sliding friction was dominant. Therefore,worm gear oils must have good lubrication and corrosion resistance. Graphene was easy to adhere to the interface of frictional pairs to form a shearing lubrication film. Worm gear oil was developed with graphene. After screening of base oils and additives,the developed L-CKE/P 320 graphene worm gear oil consisted of 500SN base oil,150BS base oil,10.0% mass fraction of inactive sulfur extreme pressure additive(sulfur mass fraction more than 10.0%),5.0% mass fraction of graphene,0.03% mass fraction of dodecyl butyrate rust inhibitor and 0.5% mass fraction of alkyldiphenylamine/hindered phenol composite antioxidant. The performance of L-CKE/P 320 graphene worm gear oil meet the SH/T0094-1991 standard of“worm gear oil”, which could meet the lubrication requirements of worm gear(. Charts0 Tables7 References3)
