摘要 文章研究设计了一款应用于短波接收机前端的预选器,它由控制电路、PIN管开关驱动电路、PIN管开关阵列、双调谐回路组成,通过控制PIN管开关电容的大小来改变谐振频率以实现接收机换频,可利用有源开关电容阵列加载无源腔体实现高速低损耗的频率跳变。 A pre-selector applied to the front end of short wave receiver is designed. It consists of control circuit, PIN switch driver circuit, PIN switch array and dual tuning circuit. The resonant frequency of the receiver is changed by controlling the size of PIN switch capacitor to achieve frequency conversion. The active switched capacitor array can be used to load passive cavity to achieve high-speed and low-loss frequency hopping.
