分级诊疗视角下广西乡镇卫生院医疗服务能力分析

Analysis of Medical Service Ability of Township Health Hospitals in Guangxi from the Perspective of Graded Diagnosis and Treatment

从分级诊疗视角入手,对2007年~2016年广西乡镇卫生院的服务状况进行描述性分析,并建立时间序列模型对其发展趋势进行预测,以探究广西乡镇卫生院是否具备分级转诊能力。通过结果分析,广西乡镇卫生院卫生人才短缺、服务能力不足问题仍较为严峻,且广西乡镇卫生院服务量占比短时间内难以上升。因此,加速乡镇卫生院人才队伍建设,提升医疗服务质量,完善转诊机制,吸引患者就医下沉,对推进广西分级诊疗制度建设,创建有序的就医格局具有重要意义。

Starting from the perspective of graded diagnosis and treatment, this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the service status of Guangxi township health centers from 2007 to 2016, and establishes a time series model to forecast its development trend, in order to explore whether Guangxi township health centers have graded referral ability. Through the analysis of the results, the shortage of health personnel and service capacity in Guangxi township health centers are still serious, and the proportion of services in Guangxi township health centers is difficult to rise in a short time. Therefore, it is of great significance to accelerate the construction of talent team in township hospitals, improve the quality of medical services, improve referral mechanism and attract patients to seek medical treatment to sink in order to promote the construction of graded diagnosis and treatment system in Guangxi and create an orderly pattern of medical treatment.
