Consideration and Exploration on Cultivating the Innovative Ability of the Undergraduates Who Major in Metal Material Engineering

大学生创新能力的高低直接影响到学生的就业能力、职业发展潜力,也是一所高校教育教学质量评估的重要指标。文章以广西民族大学金属材料工程本科专业为例,分析了学生创新能力培养过程中存在的问题,并进行培养模式改革和实践,为人才培养提供新思路。

The innovative ability of college students directly affects their employment ability and career development potential, and is also an important indicator of the evaluation of the quality of education and teaching in a university. Taking the undergraduate major of metal material engineering of Guangxi University for Nationalities as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of cultivating the innovative ability of the undergraduates, and carries out the reform and practice of cultivation mode, which provides new ideas for talent cultivation.
