This paper introduces that Guangxi Electric Polytechnic Institute, through innovating the “school-enterprise and school-school” cooperation mechanism, explores the ways and paths of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and school-school cooperation mechanism, respectively. At the same time, it has achieved remarkable results in improving the quality of teaching and talent cultivation, steadily improving students’ innovative, entrepreneurial consciousness and quality, and enhancing teachers’ innovative and entrepreneurial teaching ability.
