衔架钢筋混凝土材料受力性能研究

摘要 为探讨带衔架钢筋混凝土材料的受力性能,设计了4组试验,现场预制4个混凝土构件,通过对4个构件的荷载-挠度试验、混凝土荷载-应变、下弦钢筋荷载-应变曲线对比分析,结果表明:1)在一定范围内,随施工荷载的增加,4个试件(S1、S2、S3、S4)的挠度呈线性规律增加,随后随荷载的继续增大构件裂缝逐渐增多,S1、S2、S3、S4构件彻底断了时施加的荷载分别为93.5kN、113.8kN、95.4kN和107.2kN,所对应的挠度分别为31.4mm、41.5mm、42.3mm、45.1mm;2)4个试件的挠度由0增至30mm时,所需的荷载急剧增大,随后增大幅度有所减小;3)4个试件的应变均是随荷载增大逐渐减小,当荷载为0时应变也为0,随后几乎都是呈指数形式变化;4)S1和S2试件下弦钢筋的荷载为50kN左右时,衔架钢筋完成了塑性状态到弹塑性状态的变化,当荷载为95kN时又由弹塑性状态转变为塑性状态;S3和S4试件下弦钢筋在2种状态变化对应的荷载值分别37.5kN和85kN。 To investigate the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete materials with frame, this paper designed 4 sets of tests and prefabricated 4 concrete members on site. Through the load-deflection test of four members, the concrete load-strain, and the lower-string steel load-strain curve comparison analysis, results showed: 1) in a certain range, the deflection of the four specimens increases linearly with the increase of the construction load. Then, as the load continues to increase, the cracks in the component gradually increase.;2) When the deflection of S 1, S 2, S 3, and S 4 is increased from 0 to 30 mm, the required load is sharply increased, and then the increase is small;3) The strain of the four component specimens decreases with the increase of the load. When the load is 0, the strain is also 0, and then almost all change exponentially;4) When the load of the lower steel bar of the S 1 and S 2 specimens is about 50 kN, the frame steel bar changes from the plastic state to the elastoplastic state,When the load is 95 kN, it changes from elastoplastic state to plastic state. The load values of the lower rebars of the S 3 and S 4 specimens in the two state changes are 37.5 kN and 85 kN.
