摘要
创新驱动背景下,社会各界对人才的需求日益增加。区域发展不平衡等因素一定程度上导致了区域间人力资源分布不均,供求不匹配。江苏作为教育大省,人力资源丰富,而人力资源的合理性分配问题更应得到重视。文章对江苏省高校毕业生初次就业和再次就业区域选择的影响因素进行实证分析发现:个人能力资源是影响初次就业区域选择的最大影响因子;专业-户籍是影响再次就业区域选择的最大影响因子;再次就业群体更加关注就业地是否适合自身现状、是否适合长远发展;再次就业群体相比初次就业群体的区域选择,增加了对婚姻的考量。
Driven by innovation, the demand for talents is increasingly urgent. Due to unbalanced regional development, there are uneven distribution of human resources and mismatch between supply and demand. As a major province of education, Jiangsu is rich in human resources, the rational allocation of human resources becomes more important. This paper empirically analyzes the factors influencing the initial employment and re-employment regional selection of college graduates in Jiangsu province. Discovering the individual ability resource factor is the biggest impact factor affecting the choice of the initial employment area, professional-household factor is the biggest influence factor affecting the choice of re-employment area. Re-employment groups pay more attention to whether the employment location is suitable for their own status and whether it is suitable for long-term development. Compared with the choice of the initial employment, it increases the consideration of marriage.
