我国高等职业教育与经济发展的匹配性分析

The Matching Analysis between Higher Vocational Education and Economic Development in China

我国经济正向高质量发展转型,迫切需要高等职业教育增强内涵发展,提升服务国家战略能力。从规模结构和质量内涵两个方面看,我国高等职业教育与经济发展的匹配性有增强的趋势,但在人才培养质量、体制机制、教学过程和合作开放等方面仍存在匹配性不足的问题。面对与经济发展的匹配性差距,我国高等职业教育应从宏观引导、教育体制机制、教育教学和国际影响力等方面加强顶层设计和完善改革措施。

With the economy moving towards high-quality development, it is urgent for China’s higher vocational education to enhance its connotation development and improve its capability of serving national strategy. From the perspective of scale structure and quality connotation, the matching between higher vocational education and economic development in China shows an increasing trend, but there is still insufficient matching in the talent cultivation, institutional mechanism, teaching process and cooperation & opening-up. Facing the gap with economic development, China’s higher vocational education should strengthen top-level design and reform from the aspects of macro guidance, education system, teaching and international influence.
