电网调控业务自主并行处理虚拟调度员的研究与开发 被引量:5

摘要 随着电网规模的不断扩大和调控一体化模式的建立,电网监控、业务处理工作量骤增,在人员编制受限情况下,开发出具备自学习能力的电网调控业务自主并行处理虚拟调度员,将改变现有的调控业务处理模式,将重复的、有规律的工作由虚拟调度员完成,调度员本身可以更关注电网的安全调度上,可以大大提升电网的安全运行水平。可以大大提升电网的安全稳定运行水平。 With the continuous expansion of the scale of the power grid and the establishment of the integrated mode of regulation and control, the workload of power grid monitoring and business processing has increased sharply. The development of a virtual dispatcher with self-learning ability for autonomous parallel processing of power grid regulation and control business will change the existing mode of regulation and control business processing, and the repetitive and regular work will be completed by the virtual dispatcher. The dispatcher himself can pay more attention to the security dispatching of the power grid, and can greatly improve the safe operation level of the power grid, thus greatly improving the safe and stable operation level of the power grid.
