摘要
根据某项目需求,为保证光电跟踪设备的测量精度,在光电跟踪设备基座基准面和安装支架联接平面处需设计调平机构,实现设备基准面水平。鉴于项目对结构件尺寸重量的限制,必须采用手动调平的方式,而传统手动式调平机构的调平精度低,抗倾覆能力也很弱。文章设计了一种手动调平机构,该调平机构抗倾覆能力较强,且能够满足设备基准面的高精度水平要求。
According to the requirements of a certain project, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the photoelectric tracking equipment, it is necessary to design a leveling mechanism at the base datum of the optoelectronic tracking equipment and the connecting plane of the mounting bracket to realize the datum level of the equipment. In view of the limitation of the size and weight of the structural parts, the manual leveling method must be adopted, while the leveling accuracy of the traditional manual leveling mechanism is low and the anti-overturning ability is also very weak. In this paper, a manual leveling mechanism is designed, which has strong anti-overturning ability and can meet the requirements of high precision level of equipment datum.
