漆包绕组线回弹角试验仪的检定研究

漆包线是绕组线系列中的一个重要种类,主要由绝缘层与导体构成,运用退火软化技术处理裸线,多次涂漆与烘焙之后可获得漆包线。检测漆包线质量时,常需要用到回弹角测试设备。本项目为某市电缆研究单位的回弹角试验仪的检定扩项工作。在检定研究过程中,需根据该种试验仪的性能与漆包线检测需求,解决既有检定问题,明确重点检定项目,提升部门收益水平。

Enamelled wire is an important kind of winding wire series, which is mainly composed of insulation layer and conductor. The bare wire is treated by annealing softening technology, and the enamelled wire can be obtained after many times of painting and baking. When testing the quality of enamelled wire, springback angle testing equipment is often used. This project is the verification and expansion of the rebound angle tester of a cable research unit in a certain city. In the process of verification and research, it is necessary to solve the existing verification problems, clarify the key verification items and improve the income level of the department according to the performance of the tester and the detection demand of the enamelled wire.
