摘要
高校招聘工作多通过高校与招聘单位一对一进行交流和处理,造成高校工作量大,信息处理过程繁琐等现象。与此同时,学校在获取到招聘信息之后也没办法很好的将信息传送到真正需要的同学手中,传统模式下只能通过QQ群、微信群群发的方式告知学生。在这样的情况下,一方面学生没办法从群发的众多招聘信息中有效提炼出有用的信息,另一方面学校也无法对后续招聘流程进行很好的管控。文章就将介绍为了解决以上问题而开发的“职手可得”系统的设计。
Most of the recruitment work in colleges and universities is conducted through one-to-one communication between colleges/universities and recruitment units, resulting in a large workload for both sides, i.e. tedious information processing and other phenomena. At the same time, after obtaining the recruitment information, the school cannot transmit the information to the students who really need it. In the traditional mode, the students can only be informed by QQ group and WeChat group. In this case, on the one hand, students cannot effectively extract useful information from a large number of recruitment information;on the other hand, schools are unable to control the follow-up recruitment process. This paper will introduce the design of the "job availability" system developed to solve the above problems.
