金币手表制造技术的研究

金币手表主要是通过将K金金币镶嵌于手表表盘、后盖、表带、表扣等表壳体及其附件上,再综合外观美学设计,赋予其美感和艺术价值。文章对金币手表、竹节金币手表及金币手表的制造技术进行了介绍。采用手表激光焊接金工艺制备了金币与表盘的连接工艺,并对其可靠性能进行了测试研究。

Gold coin watch is made mainly with the K gold coins embedded in the watch dial, back cover, watch strap, clasp and other watch case and its accessories, and then based on aesthetic design of its appearance, aesthetic feeling and artistic value are to be obtained. This paper introduces the gold coin watch andthe bamboo gold coin watch, as well as the manufacturing technology ofthe gold coin watch. The process of the connection between gold coin and dial was prepared through watch laser welding gold process, and then its reliability was tested and studied.
