摘要 借力数字经济发展机遇,提升钢琴产业竞争力,推动钢琴制造大国向制造强国迈进,是当前中国钢琴产业面临的重大问题。以波特钻石理论为基础构建钢琴产业竞争力分析模型,我国钢琴产业优势明显:政府大力支持、发展机遇良好、消费市场庞大、企业数量和钢琴产量居世界之首,短板也比较突出:研发能力、品牌知名度、核心制造技术、人才储备与钢琴产业强国差距很大。为提升数字经济条件下钢琴产业竞争力,我国需要持续提升研发能力、提高品牌知名度、加大人才培养和扩大钢琴文化影响力。 Taking advantage of the opportunity of digital economic development, enhancing the competitiveness of the piano industry, and promoting the piano manufacturing countries to become powerful manufacturing countries are the major problems facing China ’s piano industry at present. Based on Porter ’s diamond theory, the competitive power analysis model of piano industry in China has obvious advantages: strong government support, good development opportunities, huge consumer market, the number of enterprises and piano output rank first in the world, and the shortcomings are more prominent: R&D ability, brand awareness, core manufacturing technology, talent reserve and piano industry power gap is very large. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the piano industry in the digital economy, China needs to continuously improve its R&D capabilities, brand awareness, personnel training and the influence of piano culture.
