摘要
目的对脑静脉引流情况在急性期脑梗死中的意义进行研究。方法收集急性脑梗死患者53例进行磁敏感加权成像(SWI),按梗死不同类型、有无侧支循环及引流静脉引流情况进行分组分析。结果脑皮层静脉正常显示脑叶梗死患者的数量(25例)明显多于丘纹静脉正常显示的深部脑白质区梗死患者的数量(9例)(χ~2=8.835,P<0.05)。静脉正常显示的梗死区相位值(-6.21±5.25)明显高于静脉扩张的梗死区相位值(-32.58±8.60),差异有统计学意义(t=13.89,P<0.05)。有侧支循环组梗死区相位值(-6.96±5.20)明显高于无侧支循环组梗死区相位值(-32.58±8.60),差异有统计学意义(t=7.15,P<0.05)。结论 SWI序列可以为脑叶梗死及腔隙性脑梗死患者侧支代偿评估提供有价值的信息。
Objective To investigate the significance of cerebral venous drainaging in acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 53 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in the study. The patients were examined by susceptibility weightedimaging(SWI).According to different types of infarction, collateral circulation and venous drainage were analyzed.Results The number of patients with normal cerebral cortical veins(25 cases) was significantly higher than that of patients with deep cerebral white matter infarction with normal thalamic veins(9 cases)(P<0.05). The phase value in the infarct area with normal cerebral cortical veins(6.21±5.25) was significantly higher than that(32.58±8.60) in the infarct area with venous dilation(P<0.05). The phase value(6.96±5.20) in infarct area with collateral circulation was significantly higher than that(32.58±8.60) in infarct area without collateral circulation(P<0.05).Conclusion SWI sequence can provide valuable information for the evaluation of collateral compensation in patients with cerebral infarction and lacunar infarction.
