皮肤保湿剂护理皮肤浸渍的效果分析

目的探讨皮肤保湿剂护理伤口周围皮肤浸渍的临床效果。方法 2016年10月至2017年12月收治的60例伤口周围皮肤浸渍重症患者中进行分组研究,一组为对照组,采用传统方式进行护理,即使用爽身粉涂抹、纱布隔开皮肤的方法。一组为试验组,根据伤口的部位和不同时期选择不同的皮肤保湿剂进行护理,观察2组干预4 h、12 h及24 h临床效果。结果试验组4 h、12 h、24 h护理有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后第7天、第14天及第28天创面愈合速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组换药次数低于对照组,换药时间及创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤保湿剂护理伤口周围皮肤浸渍的临床效果显著,有助于促进浸渍创面愈合,改善病情恢复,值得在临床推广实施。

Objective To investigate the nursing effects of skin moisturizer in skin maceration around the wound.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe skin maceration around the wound who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing care,namely,skin smearing with talcum powder and wrapping with gauze,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by skin moisturizer on the wound and at the different periods. The clinical effects at 4 h,12 h and 24 h after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effective rates at 4 h,12 h and 24 h after intervention in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),moreover,the the wound healing time at 7 d,14 d and 28 d after intervention in experimental group was significantly faster than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition the dressing change frequency in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05),and the dressing change time and wound healing time in experimental group were significantly faster than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The skin moisturizer can remarkably promote the wound healing and improve the illness state,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
