输液留置针替代常规静脉采血针的临床有效性分析

Clinical value of infusion indwelling needle instead of routine vein blood taking needle during venous blood collection

目的探究安全型采血输液留置针应用于30例健康志愿者采血过程的价值分析。方法选取2017年12月至2018年2月1日接收健康体检且自愿配合本研究的志愿者120例作为研究对象,采用自身对照设计,分别于左上肢和右上肢采血。左上肢分别于第1天早8点、餐后10点采用常规采血针穿刺2次采取静脉血(常规组),右上肢采用安全型采血输液留置针同样时间穿刺一针采取静脉血2次(套管针组),所有研究对象分别抽血,观察平均穿刺时间、平均穿刺数、疼痛等级、感染率和堵管率。取两组志愿者空腹8点和餐后10点血进行血常规指标、凝血功能指标和血生化指标进行检测。结果常规组志愿者平均穿刺时间(3.2±0.5、1.8±0.2)、平均穿刺次数(4.8±1.5、1.1±0.3)、疼痛等级(1.4±0.3、0.9±0.5)和感染率(9%、2%)显著劣于套管针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组志愿者空腹8 h和餐后10 h血常规指标、凝血功能指标和生化指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安全型采血输液留置针能够减少护士操作时间,减轻患者痛苦和感染率,且对血液生化指标、血常规指标和凝血功能指标无影响,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of safe blood transfusion indwelling needle instead of routine vein blood taking needle during venous blood collection.Methods A total of 120 volunteers, who underwent physical examination in our hospital from December 2017 to February 1, 2018 and who voluntarily participated in the study, were enrolled as research objects,and the self-control design was used.The venous blood specimens were collected by routine blood taking needle in the left upper limb and right upper limb blood, at 8 am on the first day, and 10 am after meal(routine group). However the venous blood specimens were collected by safe blood transfusion indwelling needle in the left upper limb and right upper limb blood, at 8 am on the first day, and 10 am after meal(trocar group). The average puncture time, average puncture number, pain level, infection rate, and blocked tube rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Moreover the blood coagulation indexes and blood biochemical indexes were also observed and compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in average time of puncture(3.2±0.5 vs 1.8±0.2), average number of puncture(4.8±1.5 vs 1.1±0.3), pain level(1.4±0.3 vs 0.9±0.5) and infection rate(9% vs 2%),which in routine group were significantly inferior to those in trocar group(P<0.05). However there were no significant differences in blood routine indexes, coagulation function indexes and biochemical indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The safe blood transfusion indwelling needle can reduce the operating time of nurses and reduce the pain degree and infection rate of patients, which has no effects on blood biochemical indexes, blood routine indexes and coagulation function indexes,therefore, it is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
