摘要 校企合作共建的师资培养平台是高职院校培养"双师型"教师的有效途径。以汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,探寻校企合作"双师型"教师队伍培养过程中存在的问题,分析基于校企合作平台的高职院校"双师型"教师培养的主要途径,包括教师深入企业顶岗实践、校企"订单班"企业认证和制定保障激励机制等,进而为相关院校"双师型"师资队伍培养提供参考。 Teacher training platform built by school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to train "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges. Take automobile inspection and maintenance technology as an example, there are some problems in the implementation process. this paper analyses the main ways of training "double-qualified" teachers on the school-enterprise cooperation platform, including teachers’ in-depth practice in enterprises, enterprises’ certification of "double-qualified" teachers in school-enterprise "order classes" enterprises, and the establishment of the guarantee and incentive mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation platform, so as to provide relevant colleges with the ways and means of training "double-qualified" teachers.Some theoretical references are provided.
