摘要
科技型新型经营主体是马铃薯现代绿色产业的根基。文章从新时代对中国特色马铃薯现代绿色产业的新需求出发,归纳了科技型新型经营主体适度规模经营的类型,即“专家+新型经营主体”自营流转型规模经营、“专家+新型经营主体+农户”业主带动型规模经营、“专家+龙头企业+合作社家庭农场+农户”全产业链辐射型规模经营,阐述了技能型科技人才对新型经营主体及马铃薯产业的技术引领作用,即开拓新型职业农民发展思路、加快科技成果转化应用、加强基层技术服务、加强新型职业农民培育、协助整合产业资源等,以促进马铃薯产业转型升级。
New management subjects of technology type is the foundation of modern green potato industry. Beginning with need of modern green potato industry with Chinese characteristics in the new era, new management subjects of technology type with proper size were classified, i.e.,"experts + new management subjects" large farms on transfer land,"experts + new management subjects + farmers" large farms led by landlord, and "experts + mainstay enterprise + cooperative family farm + farmers" whole production chain radiated large farm. The leading function of skillful technician to new management subjects and potato industry was elaborated, such as exploring development ideas of new type professional farmers, accelerating the transformation of research achievements, strengthening the service of basic technology, strengthening training of new type professional farmers, and assistance integration of industry resource. All these will promote upgrade of potato industry.
