职业化进程中我国女子网球竞技实力影响因素探讨

Discussion on the factors influencing of Chinese women’s tennis competitive strength in the process of professionalization

运用文献资料、录像观察与数理统计等方法,调查分析2003-2014年和2015-2018年两个阶段我国女子网球运动成绩与世界排名的差距状况,探讨现阶段影响女子运动员竞技水平的主要因素与促进女子网球可持续发展的思路。研究表明:发球得分率、接发球得分率、进攻与防守变化能力、自信与专注度调整能力和体能储备与恢复能力是决定运动员竞技水平的主要因素。思路:制定2020年东京奥运会网球项目发展战略,从国家层面为运动员训练与比赛提供保障;多元化培养模式是提高网球后备人才成功率的有效途径;组建国际化团队,引进高水平职业网球训练与比赛理念;休赛期重点加强体能训练,为整个赛季提供充沛的体能储备;加强网球运动员职业素养的培育力度;依据身体竞技状态选择单打或双打作为主攻方向。

using the methods of literature, video observation and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates and analyzes the gap between the achievements of women’s net sports and the world rankings in 2003-2014 and 2015-2018. This paper discusses the main factors that affect the performance of women athletes at present, and puts forward some ideas to promote the sustainable development of women’s tennis competitive strength in China. The results show:serving scores, receiving scores, offensive and defensive change ability, confidence and concentration adjustment ability, and physical reserve and recovery ability are the main factors that determine athletes ’athletic performance. Idea: Promote the development strategy innovation of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, and provide guarantees for tennis training and competition from the national level;Set up an international team to introduce high-level professional tennis training and competition concepts;Strengthen physical fitness reserves before the game and actively restore physical fitness during the game;Strengthen the cultivation of professional quality of tennis players;Diversification training is an effective way to improve the success rate of reserve talents;Choose singles or doubles as the main direction of attack according to the state of physical competition.
