摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法同时测定布洛肾素片中布洛芬与盐酸去氧肾上腺素的含量。方法采用DiamosilC8色谱柱(200×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:冰醋酸-甲醇-水-辛烷磺酸钠(0.2∶40∶60∶0.1);流速1.5mL/min;检测波长273nm。结果两种成分分离良好,布洛芬在40.48~400.20μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996;盐酸去氧肾上腺素在2.34~20.56μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996。平均回收率分别为101.1%与99.8%。结论该方法准确、快速、简便,可以同时测定布洛肾素片中布洛芬与盐酸去氧肾上腺素的含量。
Objective To adopt HPLC method to conduct simultaneous determination of ibuprofen and norepinephrine hydrochloride in ibuprofen tablets by HPLC. Methods DiamosiL C 8 column (200×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used;Mobile phase was glacial acetic acid-methanol-water-sodium octane sulfonate (0.2∶40∶60∶0.1);flow rate was 1.5 mL/min;the detection wave length was 273 nm. Results Both constituents were separated effectively. There was a good linear relationship with the concentration range of ibuprofen of 40.48~400.20 μg/mL( r =0.9996),and the average recovery was 101.1%. There was a good linear relationship with the concentration range of phenylyphrine hydrochloride of 2.34~20.56 μg/mL( r =0.9996),and the average recovery was 99.8%. Conclusion This method is accurate,rapid and simple for the simultaneous determination of both constituents in Advil.
