摘要
目的探究氯沙坦联合阿托伐他汀及阿司匹林治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年5月收治的140例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组70例和研究组70例。常规组采用阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗,研究组在常规组的基础上增加氯沙坦治疗,比较两组治疗前后的血压水平和颈动脉硬化改善情况。结果在舒张压、收缩压的比较中,治疗前常规组和研究组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组均要明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在颈动脉内中膜厚度、斑块面积的比较中,治疗前常规组和研究组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组均要明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压的临床治疗中,采取氯沙坦、阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林联合治疗的方案,可以有效降低患者的血压水平,改善颈动脉硬化。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of losartan combined with atorvastatin and aspirin in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods 140 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into the routine group of 70 cases and the study group of 70 cases. The routine group was treated with atorvastatin combined with aspirin. The study group were treated with losartan besides atorvastatin combined with aspirin. Comparison was made in blood pressure level and the improvement of carotid arteriosclerosis before and after treatment between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the routine group and the study group before treatment ( P >0.05),but the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of study group were significantly lower than those of the routine group after treatment ( P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in carotid intima-media thickness and plaque area between the routine group and the study group before treatment ( P >0.05),but the study group was significantly lower than the routine group after treatment ( P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of losartan,atorvastatin and aspirin can effectively reduce the blood pressure level and improve carotid arteriosclerosis in the clinical treatment of elderly hypertension.
