摘要
目的探讨D型人格与护理人员心理压力感、心理健康之间的关系。方法于2016年1至10月,采用便利抽样方法,使用一般资料调查表、D型人格量表、心理压力感量表、症状自评量表对锦州市三所三级甲等医院645名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果有289护理人员为D型人格,其中女性护理人员D型人格数量为268;D型人格护理人员心理压力感总得分的平均得分为(98.23±11.35)分,明显高于非D型人格护理人员(72.18±8.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D型人格护理人员SCL-90量表的9个因子得分均高于非D型人格护理人员差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同样强度的工作压力对于D型人格护理人员的压力强度大于非D型人格护理人员,因此,医院管理者要更多的关注D型人格护理人员心理健康,找到针对性的措施来提高护理人员的心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between type D personality and psychological stress and mental health of nursing staff. Methods From January to October in 2016,a questionnaire survey was conducted by means of convenience sampling method,general information questionnaire,type D personality scale,psychological stress scale and symptom checklist among 645 nursing staff from 3 upper Class A hospitals in Jinzhou. Results 289 nurses were of type D personality,and the number of type D personality of female nurses was 268. The average score of psychological stress of type D personality nurses was (98.23±11.35),which was significantly higher than that of non-type D personality nurses (72.18±8.56)( P <0.05). The scores of 9 factors in SCL- 90 scale of type D personality nurses were significantly higher than those of non-D type personality nurses ( P <0 05). Conclusions With the the same working pressure,the pressure intensity of type D personality nursing staff is greater than that of non-type D personality. Therefore,hospital administrators should pay more attention to the mental health of the type D personality nurses and find out some specific measures to improve the mental health level of the nurses.
