柴胡疏肝散对胃肠功能紊乱大鼠胃窦肌层CX43表达的影响

Effects of Chaihu Shugan Powder on the Expression of CX43 in Sinus Ventriculi Muscle Layer of Rats with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

目的研究柴胡疏肝散对胃肠功能紊乱大鼠胃窦肌层CX43表达的影响。方法将8周龄SD大鼠采用随机数字表法分为对照组、模型组、对照+药物组、模型+药物组,每组分别选20只大鼠。利用腹腔注射利血平建立大鼠胃肠功能紊乱动物模型,利用实时PCR、Western blot、组织免疫荧光技术和透射电镜观察柴胡疏肝散汤剂对胃肠功能紊乱大鼠胃窦肌层CX43表达的影响。结果模型组大鼠胃窦肌层CX43表达量显著减少(P<0.05),模型+药物组CX43表达显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散汤剂能提高胃肠功能紊乱大鼠胃窦肌层CX43的表达。

Objective To observe the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder on the expression of CX43 in sinus ventriculi muscle layer of rats with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods Eight weeks old SD male rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,control+ drug group,model+drug group,20 rats in each group.Rat gastrointestinal dysfunction animal model was established by intraperitoneal injection of reserpine.The CX43 expression of sinus ventriculi muscular layer of rats was detected by real-time PCR,Western blot,immunocytochemistry and transmission electron microscope.Results The expression of CX43 in the sinus ventriculi muscle layer of model group was significantly reduced ( P <0.05),and it in model+drug group was significantly higher than that in model group ( P <0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder can improve the expression of CX43 in the sinus ventriculi muscle layer of rats with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
