手术用多功能安全性扇形麻醉头架的设计与应用

Design and Application of Multi-functional Fan-shaped Anesthesia Headrest for Surgery

介绍我科设计的一种新型手术用多功能安全性扇形麻醉头架,其结构由万向机构、转轴、扇叶、固定卡、刻度、调高钮、紧固钮、卡口、软卡、固定柱、反光镜、伸缩杆、调节筒、调节球、支杆、固定螺栓、下腔体、上腔体共 18 个部分组成。使用时只需利用转轴打开扇叶,将麻醉给药盘置于扇叶凹槽内,由固定器将给药盘妥善固定。该头架实用、安全,设计简单、操作方便,在围手术期不仅可以保证麻醉医生给药时环境、位置的合理化、无菌化,且术中方便观察患者及麻醉管路,保障患者围手术期的安全,已获国家国家实用新型专利(专利号: ZL201420787959.X)。

A new type of multi-functional safety fan-shaped anesthesia headrest for surgery was designed and introduced,which consists of 18 parts: universal mechanism,rotating shaft,fan blade,fixing clip,scale,adjusting button,fastening button,clamp,soft clip,fixing column,reflector,telescopic rod, adjusting cylinder,adjusting ball,supporting rod,fixing bolt,lower cavity body and upper cavity body. When it in use,only the fan joint is opened by a rotating shaft,the anesthetic drug delivery disc is placed in the fan groove. The headrest is practical,safe,simple in design and convenient in operation. It can not only ensure the rationalization and sterilization of the administration environment and location,but also facilitate the observation of patients and anesthesia pipelines and safeguard the patients during the perioperative period,and has won the national patent.
