磁共振技术诊断膝关节损伤的临床应用价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析磁共振技术在膝关节损伤方面的临床应用价值。方法:收治膝关节损伤患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。观察组使用磁共振检测,对照组采用CT检查,比较两组诊断的准确率。结果:观察组准确率为100%,高于对照组的70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振技术在膝关节损伤诊断方面有较高的准确率。 Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of nuclear magnetic resonance(MRI)in knee joint injury.Methods: 120 patients with knee joint injury were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups equally.Patients in the observation group were examined with MRI and patients in the control group were examined with spiral CT.Results:The diagnostic rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 70% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Magnetic resonance imaging has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of knee joint injury.
