健康教育对促进社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理作用的影响分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对促进社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理作用的影响。方法:2015年2月-2018年2月收治2型糖尿病患者198例,随机分为两组各99例。对照组采用常规健康指导,观察组采用针对性健康教育。观察两组病情控制效果和自我管理能力。结果:观察组自我管理依从率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组教育前血糖水平均偏高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组教育后血糖等各指标均明显降低,且改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对2型糖尿病患者加强社区健康教育可进一步帮助其认识到糖尿病控制方法,提高依从性,利于改善病情控制效果,值得推广。
