摘要 为安全有效地消除原油中的硫化氢,在分析了现有技术存在不足的情况下,提出了利用井下产出液的流动动能作为动力,驱动叶轮旋转并带动微型螺杆泵,将消除硫化氢的注剂泵入到采出液中来实现消除硫化氢的目的。通过研究,研制了井下消除硫化氢注剂注入管柱及微型螺杆注入泵。该注入装置安全性高,操作简单,消除效果好,从而达到有效治理硫化氢的目的,满足油井的安全作业要求。 When heated to break viscosity,heavy oil steam flooding well often produces thedeadly hydrogen sulfide. This article proposedto use the kinetic energy of the fluid as the driving force to drive the impeller and the micro-screw pump to inject chemicals that could eliminate hydrogen sulfide into the produced fluid. The entire set of pumping equipment was developed,which was proved to be safe,easy to operate and of good hydrogen sulfide removal effect.
