加油站油罐清洗模拟及试验分析

摘要 利用Fluent软件对加油站埋地储罐水射流清洗进行模拟,分析罐内清洗喷头孔径、水压与清洗距离之间的关系,为清洗喷头的选型、清洗技术和装置进一步研发和改进提供了有力的技术支撑。采用国内外常用清洗喷头对油罐进行清洗,通过对清洗距离、清洗时间和耗水量综合分析,得出SC-15TW型喷头是较为理想选择。采用SC-15TW喷头进行加油站清洗试验,清洗后罐内油气浓度远低于汽油油气爆炸下限,符合加油站清罐作业要求。 Fluent software was used to simulatethe water jet cleaning process of underground tank in gasoline stations,to analyze the relationship between tank cleaning nozzle aperture,pressure and the cleaning distance,providing strong technical support for the research and optimization of nozzle,cleaning technology and equipment. Comparison from the aspects of cleaning distance,cleaning time and water consumptionof tank cleaning nozzles at home and abroad suggested the SC-15 TW nozzle was an ideal choice for tank cleaning. It was found that when SC-15 TW sprinkler was used in gas station cleaning,the oil and gas concentration in the tank after cleaning was far below the lower explosion limit of gasoline oil and gas,which met the requirements of tank cleaning operation at the gas station.
