补脾固肾方治疗肾病综合征的临床观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Bupi Guzhu Decoction on the Treatment of 24 Nephrotic Syndrome Patients

目的 探讨肾病综合征患者采用补脾固肾方治疗效果。方法 选择2016年9月—2018年9月本院接收治疗的肾病综合征患者总共48例作为本次的研究对象,按照随机的方法分为2组,观察组24例与对照组24例。其中对照组采用西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补脾固肾方进行治疗;观察并对比2组的疗效情况。结果 观察组的缓解率是87.50%,对照组的缓解率是70.83%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组在治疗前TG、尿蛋白、TC等指标的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的TG、尿蛋白以及TC等指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 补脾固肾方治疗肾病综合征能提高临床疗效,改善患者肾功能。

Objective:To study the curative effect of Bupi Guzhu Decoction on the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 48 patients with nephrotic syndrome who received treatment in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 was selected as the subjects of the study They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,24 cases per group.The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with Bupi Gushen Decoction in the baseline of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50% and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.83%.The rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance difference(P>0.05)of the TG,urine protein,TC and other indicators between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the TG,urine protein and TC of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of nephrotic syndrome with Bupi Gushen Decoction can increase the clinical effect and improve the renal function of the patients with nephrotic syndrome.
