摘要
目的 优选玉龙贴膏的制备工艺。方法 以药粉量与基质用量配比、搅拌时间和涂布厚度为考察因素,以外观性状、黏附力、耐热性等为考察指标,通过正交试验法优选出玉龙贴膏的制备工艺。结果 在玉龙贴膏的制备工艺中,各因素的影响程度为搅拌时间>药粉量与基质用量配比>涂布厚度,最佳工艺为药粉量与基质用量配比为1:2,搅拌时间为5~10 min,涂布厚度为1.5mm。结论 该制备工艺稳定、可行,适合大生产。
Objective:To optimize the preparation process of Yulong Paste.Methods:By taking the ratio of drug powder to matrix dosage,stirring time and coating thickness as the investigation factors and the appearance,traits,adhesion and heat resistance as the indicators,the preparation process of Yulong Paste was optimized by orthogonal test.Results:In the preparation process of Yulong Paste,the influence degree of each factor was as stirring time>ratio of powder amount to matrix dosage>coating thickness.The best procssess was that the ratio of powder amount to matrix dosage was 1:2,and the stirring time was for 5 to 10 minutes,the coating thickness was 1.5 mm.Conclusion:The preparation process is stable and feasible,suitable for large production.
