摘要
水是生命的源泉,是一切生活生产活动进行的基础,是人类赖以生存最基本的物质条件。我国的水资源状况具有极为鲜明的特点。从储量上看,总量丰富,人均不足;从分布上看,南多北少,且季节变化较大。笔者以2013-2017年全国水资源总量及分布状况为基础,分析我国近5年的水资源可持续发展现状,发现水资源保护与利用过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
Water is the source of life, which is also the basis of all life and production activities, at the same time, it is the most basic material conditions for human survival. The situation of water resources in China has very distinct characteristics. From the reserves, the total amount of rich, per capita shortage. From the distribution point of view, south is much more than north, and seasonal changes greatly. Based on the total amount and distribution of water resources in China from 2013 to 2017, the author analyzed the current situation of sustainable development of water resources in China in the past five years, found problems in the process of water resources protection and utilization, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
