摘要
从《中国国土资源年鉴》获得2009-2016年中国城市用地供应总量,划拨和出让用地,住宅用地和工矿仓储用地数据,利用泰尔指数和集中度模型,分析“十八”大前后城市用地供应差异。结果表明:(1)总体上我国城市用地供应差异缩小,以2012年为界分为明显的两个阶段。(2)出让用地、住宅用地和工矿仓储用地也都具有明显的阶段性变化特征,且都在2012年后差异变化比较平稳。(3)总体上我国城市用地供应集中度低,属于竞争供地型。
Chinesesocial-economic development changed much since 18^th CPC national congress in China. It displayed in urban land supply obviously. The land area data of total supplyof urban land, supplying modes (allocating, selling) and supplying types (industrial & mining and storage land, residential land) in China, 2009-2016, is from ChineseLand Statistical Yearbook. The supply difference in Chinese urban landbefore and after 18^th CPC national congress in Chinawasanalyzed by using Theil methods, concentrationdegree model. The result showed that:(1)On the whole,difference of urban land supply reduced. Two change phases were divided by 2012.(2)There was obvious phase characteristic in supply difference of selling land, residential land, industrial& mining and storage land. And their supply difference changed steadily after 2012.(3)In a word, concentration degree of China's city land supply was low and it belonged to competitive type of land supply.
