摘要
发展智慧军事能源是构建现代军事能源体系的重要组成部分,也是推进军队军事能源转型的必然要求。文章介绍智慧能源的基本概念和发展现状,论述发展智慧军事能源的意义,分析给出了智慧军事能源的主要内容和措施建议。
The development of Smart Military Energy is an important part of building modern military energy system,and also the inevitable requirement of promoting the transformation of PLA’s energy.The paper first introduces the basic concept and development status of Smart Military Energy,then discusses the significance of developing Smart Military Energy,and finally analyzes the main contents of Smart Military Energy with measures and advices proposed.
