智慧管边控边是建设强大稳固现代边海防的重要内容,也是新时代边防建设、边防管控、边防斗争的现实课题。文章重点分析智慧管边控边中人的主导性因素,探索智能化装备体系的关键技术,提出人与武器有机结合的管边控边行动方式,通过"人有智慧、技术智能、行动智谋"的衔接支撑,初步构设针对性强且具有实用性的智慧边防体系。

Smart border-controlling is playing an important role in the construction of powerful modern border and coastal defence,and also the realistic subject of border construction,border-controlling and border defense in the new era.The paper mainly analyzes the people as one of the leading factors in smart border-controlling,explores key technologies in the intelligent equipment system,puts forward a new border-controlling action modes which is the organic integration of people and weapon systems,establish a smart border-controlling system with strong pertinence and practicality for the aim of“people are intelligent,technology is smart,and actions are tactical.”
