中国服务型制造的发展现状、问题与对策

The Development of Service-oriented Manufacturing in China: Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures

服务型制造在2015年《中国制造2025》将其作为战略任务以来获得长足发展。本文通过问卷调查的方法并结合服务型制造示范遴选的结果,对我国服务型制造发展的现状以及企业开展服务型制造的政策需求进行了研究,在此基础上分析了我国服务型制造发展中存在的问题与制约因素,最后从加快新版专项文件的制定、构建一体化产业政策体系、加强信息化基础设施建设、打造完善的产业生态系统等方面提出推动我国服务型制造发展的对策建议。

Service-oriented manufacturing has developed significantly since it was made a strategic task in Made in China 2025 in 2015.Based on questionnaire survey and selected cases in service-oriented manufacturing,this paper studies the current situation of service-oriented manufacturing in China and the policy demands by enterprises to carry out service-oriented manufacturing. Thereafter,it analyzes the existing problems and constraints in the development of service-oriented manufacturing in China. Finally,it proposes some countermeasures to develop service-oriented manufacturing in China from such aspects as accelerating the draft of a new specific supporting policy document,building an integrated industrial policy system,strengthening information- based infrastructure,and improving the industrial ecosystems.
